Direct Separate Accounts
Since 1985, Oak Associates, ltd. has provided institutional management for corporate pension plans, foundations, endowments, Taft-Hartley plans, public plans, and high-net-worth individuals. The minimum for this program is $1,000,000. The standard management fee schedule is 1% for accounts up to $4,000,000, and 0.75% thereafter; however, fees are open to negotiation. Managed Accounts
In partnership with a variety of sponsor firms, Oak provides our institutional style of management to the high-net-worth investor. Our Managed Accounts program allows clients to receive a variety of services from Oak and a sponsoring broker dealer for a single, comprehensive management fee. The minimum for this program is $100,000. The aggregate fee may vary from sponsor firm to sponsor firm. Mutual Fund Accounts
Through our Oak Associates Funds family of seven no-load funds, Oak is able to offer our institutional style of management to the astute mutual fund investor. Mutual fund clients may choose from Oak’s four growth funds, differentiated by market capitalization and aggressiveness, a health care sector fund, and two technology funds. Subadvisor & Sector Strategies
Oak Associates has provided various investment companies and fund-of-fund firms with subadvisory services for its sector mutual funds over the past decade. The firm has also managed these strategies for individuals and institutions as direct accounts.
